Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Coordinator/Admin Assistant to work with TEEOF Media on productions and delivery of content, as well as coordinate the day to day administrative activities of a growing business. We are offering an opportunity to join us at TEEOF Media, a unique media and entertainment company geared towards creating and producing quality audio and visual content.

Job Description
TEEOF has produced and been involved in a number of projects, ranging from live presidential and vice-presidential debates to the Martini Sparkling commercial to the box office hit movie “October 1” and many more. We are now developing Simone’s Oasis an entertainment hub specifically focused on the representation of black African children.
Production Coordinator/ Admin Assistant Call Out:
- Do you look at life through the lens of a movie camera, dreaming of the stories you could tell about each scene?
- Are you bursting with children’s stories, waiting for the big screen to call your name?
- Do you have full working knowledge of TV production, from concept to broadcast?
- Do you have a computer, smartphone, sense of humour, dedication and a sharp mind?
- Do you have at least 2 years of working experience in TV production?
If you do AND can:
- Organize preproduction, production and post-production and delivery of content.
- Coordinate with production partners.
- Co-ordinate with editors.
- Coordinate production crews, talent and other parties for particular productions
- Prepare production budgets in Excel using formulae to sum up totals and create charts
- Produce production schedules, original documents, meeting agendas and minutes using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Attend to and draft emails
- Speak and write fluently in proper grammatical English.
