Job Summary

Erocraves is looking for an enthusiastic social media/sales intern who will contribute to increasing the company sales. You will be responsible for closing sales deal over the phone, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description

The intern will learn how to and assist with the following digital media activities:

• Planning digital marketing campaigns.
• Must be proficient with Instagram, Facebook and twitter
• Customer Service (responding to customer inquiries).
• Manage incoming calls.
• Planning and implement social media strategies.
• Generate sales leads and keep records of leads and sales.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Help customers with complaints and questions.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Salary: N30,000 - N50,000

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Graphics and photo editing.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Knowledge with Google AdWords / Facebook Advertising.
• Ability to learn fast.
• Location: Lagos (Alapere, Ketu)
